The Kastenmaker was founded in 2010 and is located in Heerhugowaard. We are an independent company with a close team. Everything is done at one location, which is very clear. In our showroom you can see all the diverse materials and colours that we can supply. These are worked out precisely in detail by our designers. The materials are made at external factories, at home and abroad. By producing larger numbers, the latest machines can be used. This way you are assured of the best quality, but this also benefits efficiency and price. Our permanent assembly team ensures the careful placement of the materials. We are only satisfied when you are satisfied!
Owner Bas Knip
Bas has a lot of experience in the interior world. As a mechanic, designer, and since 2004 as an entrepreneur, he has covered a lot of ground. Bas ensures that everything works, that everything is correct and that everyone is satisfied. To maintain a good overview, Bas measures everything himself.

Designer Floor Stam
Floor has been studying for several years now. She also likes to use her knowledge and experience in our showroom. She thinks it is important that everything about a design is right.

Designer Bart
Bart is an experienced draftsman. Where the possibilities run out, Bart does not give up. He knows better than anyone else how to come up with creative solutions. He never loses sight of the details.

Designer Jasper van Oostenbrugge
Jasper is also trained as a craft furniture maker. After that he gained the necessary experience in practice. Jasper has been a permanent designer for several years now. As a designer he likes to find a balance between what is beautiful and practical.
